In-App Live chat/support

Note: Make sure you have use the "User role/permission" fix button in the "troubleshot menu" first. This will solve any missing menu for the backend

This feature was introduced in Glover 1.5.6. You can set your custom script or live to show live chat widget to link to customer/vendor/driver app.

NOTE: Its almost the same steps for most live-chat/support platform. We are just using tawk.to as an example

SETTING UP tawk.to

First go to https://www.tawk.to/ and create an account if you don't have an account before.

  • Login/Signup on https://www.tawk.to/

  • Go to Administration at the bottom left corner of the screen and click on it

  • On the settings page, click on Chat widget

  • On the chat widget screen/page, there are 2 options/ways you do this,either you copy the chat link or copy the script code

  • Whichever you copy, either Direct chat link or script code, you need to paste this in the In-App Support page in the backend and save it

Now there should be a live-chat/support in the app.
