How to 1.4.1-fix
You must have upgraded to 1.4.1 before and encounter the payment accounts/push notification page issue. If you didn't encounter this issue ignore the following steps.
After downloading the 1.4.1-fix, there is a special file in the backend folder Patch Owners
Upload the file to your server and extract it in the same folder where your backend is located
Now go to the backend > setting > upgrade
Click on rollback and select a previous version and save
Now click on upgrade to upgrade the system to the recent version
